Senior Quantity Surveyor- Perth, WA
Our client, a leading Cost Consultancy firm based in Perth, is dedicated to delivering top-tier cost management services while fostering a stable, dynamic, and fulfilling work environment for our team. The client has been successfully servicing the Mining, Infrastructure, Oil and Gas sectors for over two decades.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- A degree in Estimating/Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred
- 5+ years' experience
- Previous estimating experience would be advantageous
- Strong capabilities in cost planning, measurement, contract management, and leadership, particularly in senior roles
- A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, materials, pricing, and the industry as a whole
