Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Developer)

Responsibilities

• Conduct land feasibility studies to assess project viability, including cost analysis and development potential.
• Participate in tendering for new projects, including preparation of tender documents such as Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimations.
• Evaluate tenders submitted by contractors and sub-contractors to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained from project inception through to completion.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions during both design and construction stages.
• Provide professional advice on cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality and meeting overall project objectives.
• Carry out any other duties or assignments as required by immediate superior or management.
