The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work directly alongside the Commercial Lead on the developer side, supporting the commercial management of two live ultra-luxury residential developments in Dubai with a combined construction value exceeding AED 1 billion, together with several new projects currently progressing through design and procurement.
Our developments are high-end, wellness-focused/health-conscious residential projects comprising 2 to 5-bedroom apartments and penthouses, designed to achieve LEED and WELL Platinum certification. The projects also include extensive amenities such as swimming pools, spas, gyms, wellness facilities and bespoke architectural features.
