Senior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

1. To liaise closely with the Project Commercial Manager on all commercial matters to jointly obtain maximum commercial benefit from project
2. To assist in preparation of the monthly Contract Cost Value Reconciliation (CCVR), Forecast Reports and any other commercial reports as required.
3. Carry out measurement of the works
4. Monitor all project correspondence for commercial issues and initiate commercial correspondence
5. Carry out valuation of the works and timely submittion of payment applications
6. Subcontract administration
7. Roads, Utilities and infrastructure experience is a must.
