Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Projects (Dubai)

Decima International in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management, quantity measurement, commercial administration and change control for a large-scale data center project. The ideal candidate has 15+ years’ experience on data centers or mission-critical projects, a relevant degree, and expertise in BOQs, payments, variations, and cost reporting.

MRICS or equivalent credentials preferred.
