Senior Quantity Surveyor | Cape Town | Multi-Project Lead

Goldman Tech Resourcing is assisting a client in Cape Town to find a Senior Quantity Surveyor. The role is office based with regular site visits and oversight of multiple building projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will bring extensive industry experience and a strong commercial acumen. You will manage contractual and financial aspects, prepare estimates and cost reports, monitor costs, negotiate with subcontractors, and liaise with project teams and clients.
