- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement cost control systems to monitor project expenditures
- Analyze and report on project costs including forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage the procurement process including tender documentation and evaluation
- Negotiate and administer contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Prepare and analyze bill of quantities for infrastructure projects
