Senior Quality & Reliability Engineer, Semiconductors (HBM)

Micron is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Quality and Reliability Assurance Engineer (PQRA) to qualify and monitor reliability of High Bandwidth Memory products. You will establish metrics like DPM, FIT, Lifetime and support manufacturing with reliability methods.

The role collaborates with multi-functional teams to drive quality improvements and respond to product deviations, ensuring robust product reliability throughout the lifecycle.
