Principal Responsibilities ü Oversee and coordinate tasks assigned to Vendor Coordinators and TPC Coordinators; ü Review prequalification documents (e.g., MAR, PDR, PQD) for all procurement packages; ü Standardize quality requirements in MR/TBE templates; conduct dual reviews for critical procurement packages; ü Lead TPC weekly meetings; attend Procurement Quality Meetings and external procurement-related meetings; ü Develop and implement Procurement Inspection Co-ordination Procedure. ü Supplier Pre-Qualification Documents Review ü Involve quality audit to Vendors/Manufactures. ü Involve in Kick-off meeting ü Participate in Pre-inspection Meeting ü Liaise with Third Party Certification and QatarEnergy to ensure their appropriate involvement. ü Vendor Document Review including MPS ITP and WPS and relevant Quality Procedure ü Review flash report/ in-process report/close-out report of Third Party Inspectors Education/Experience Requirements/ Certification...
