About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Officer In Charge for our client, who is a well-established food processing company in Brisbane East. This Senior Quality Officer in Charge role ensures full compliance, audit readiness, and product integrity across all stages of processing and export operations.

• $130,000 + super + 10% short-term bonus
• Full-time, Monday to Friday salary hours (some varied afternoon work as required)
• Relocation assistance offered to the right candidate  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead AUS-MEAT classification, product description, labelling, and compliance across all operations
• Maintain audit readiness for AUS-MEAT, DAFF/competent authority, and international export market requirements
• Oversee HACCP, GMP, GHP, and BRCGS-based Quality Management Systems across production processes
