We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead and drive quality strategy across manufacturing operations in Tijuana.
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and zero-defect performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality systems, customer-facing quality leadership, and regulatory compliance, particularly within manufacturing (e.g., automotive, medical device, aerospace, or electronics) environments.
