Senior Quality Manager

Location: San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico

This is a senior, hands‑on Quality leadership role in a growing manufacturing plant. The kind of place where quality actually matters — to customers, to operations, and to the bottom line, ensuring that quality shows up every day on the shop floor, in supplier performance, and in what leaves the dock.

You’ll own the full Quality function end‑to‑end, leading the site’s Quality strategy and ensuring the Quality Management System works in real life, not just during audits. From incoming materials to final release, you’ll be accountable for product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, spending time on the floor and with operations, suppliers, and customers to fix issues and build a strong, practical quality culture.
