Senior Quality Engineering Lead – Onsite & Data-Driven QA

API Delevan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Leader in Quality Engineering for a fully onsite role in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. This position leads end-to-end quality performance across multiple processes, driving control plan strategy and integration of QMS while overseeing Quality Engineering II engineers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in leading teams. Proficiency in English and travel is required.
