About the Role:
An experienced Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining quality management systems, driving corrective and preventive actions, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with aviation, customer, and regulatory requirements. Experience in metallurgy-related evaluations would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance activities across products, processes, and systems while ensuring compliance with customer, aviation authority, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review, update, and improve quality procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Investigate non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
