1. Ensure that control plans are carried out for all products manufactured at Ergomotion.
2. Supervise the daily activities of Quality Engineers.
3. Ensure that only product approved at all stages is sent to the client.
4. Respond with corrective and preventive actions to customer complaints.
5. Establish and maintain in-process inspection and testing records
6. Manage and coordinate the process of final testing and inspections of finished products.
7. Collect, analyze and summarize process information in reference to quality problems.
