Senior Quality Engineer - CAPA & Audit Lead

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Quality Engineer Senior to ensure products meet customer specs, industry standards and Plexus requirements. You will lead CAPA, audit readiness and QMS activities, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous quality improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to train and mentor peers in quality methods and problem solving.
