Responsibilities:
- Drive after-sales quality tasks and drive product improvements
- Lead Product Quality Circles with sustaining teams, platform leads, and HODs
- Serve as central coordinator and support for improvement teams
- Manage escalations (NPI or customer-related) in after-sales
- Join customer quality calls and task force meetings
- Coordinate cross-functional quality circles, lead documentation, escalation and customer communication.
- Collaborate with product line and technical support to share field learnings and build preventive knowledge
- Own project documentation and communication (8D reports, action plans, follow-ups)
- Initiate and support product analysis; liaise closely with production facility
