Ensure all incoming, in-process, and finished products meet SDGI PGR specifications and regulatory requirements. No off-spec products are allowed to be released.2. Review and approve laboratory results, COA, and product release before dispatch.3. Supervise daily QC laboratory activities and ensure all testing follows SOP, GMP, and safety requirements.4. Investigate product quality issues, OOS results, and lab non-conformances, and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions.5.
