Senior/ Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual- Linux)

Responsibilities

• Work within Agile Scrum teams to design, execute, and validate manual test cases for instrument control software, service software, and module-based applications for DNA sequencing and genotyping devices.
• Develop, review, and execute manual test cases covering functional, integration, regression, system, user acceptance (UAT), and performance validation.
• Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.
• Perform thorough manual testing of software applications and identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
• Investigate, reproduce, and work closely with developers to resolve defects.
• Set up and maintain test environments and test data for effective validation.
• Report, track, and manage defects using issue management tools, ensuring clear communication of risks and impacts.
