Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

We’re currently hiring for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for our Manufacturing Plants in Edmonton. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and get a little bit better each and every day, with the support of a team that always has your back. Your focus will be driving continuous quality improvements across manufacturing and cross‑functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will maintain clear, accurate documentation, analyze trends to uncover root causes and lead key quality initiatives like the First Article Process. This role primarily works standard daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, checklists, and Quality Alerts.
• Review product failure trends including defects, returns, and RMAs prior to warranty evaluations.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective actions, process improvements, and documentation updates.
