Responsibilities

• Support the management of the quality system: perform quality audits, develop and maintain SOPs and quality agreements across the region.
• Inspect and release products in Colombia and Panama according to procedures and local regulations.
• Coordinate and execute field actions, perform complaint handling, and report to the Ministry of Health.
• Support the INVIMA CCAA process, reactivovigilance, and technovigilance activities, including adverse event reporting.
• Act as Technical Director in Colombia, complying with applicable decrees and resolutions.
