Senior QC Lab Manager — Physicochemical & GMP Excellence

3PBIOVIAN in Navarra, Spain, is seeking a Quality Control Physicochemical Laboratory Manager to lead the QC department. You will plan and coordinate activities, assure data accuracy, and supervise SOPs/CoAs while ensuring GMP compliance and proper training of staff.

The role requires hands-on experience with HPLC, UV/Vis, IR, UPLC, fluorescence, and Empower 3, plus leadership in an international environment. Relocation support is available for candidates outside Navarra.
