Position Summary: The incumbent is a member of the Quality Control (QC) Services team. Under the supervision of the QC Supervisor, the key responsibilities are:
- Manage inventory systems for retain samples, reference standards and lab consumables in QC laboratory
- Perform support activities for QC laboratory to ensure continuity in testing activities, e.g. provision of lab and consumables.
- Author SOPs, other GMP documentation
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe operational environment in QC laboratory, undertake housekeeping responsibilities and follow safety regulations.
- Use Imex 'way of working' for day-to-day operations, problem solving, escalation and continuous improvements.
- Manage laboratory inventory of chemicals and lab supplies (purchase, receiving, disposal) through gLIMS and kanban system.
