ZALORA Group is seeking an Associate Manager - Customer Service Quality & Training. In this role, you will monitor and assess the quality of customer service interactions, produce insightful reports, and develop training programs aimed at enhancing service quality.
You'll also provide coaching to team leaders while engaging in process improvements. Ideal candidates have relevant degrees, 2-3 years in QA roles, and industry knowledge in regulated sectors.
This position is located in the Philippines, specifically Metro Manila, Muntinlupa.
