Job Summary
A Senior QA Engineer at Creative Chaos is responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. They review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics. Senior engineers mentor juniors and help build team strength through training.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement day-to-day testing activities and collaborate with developers, architects, and technical release managers within an agile/scrum environment
- Participate in scrum and product planning; perform all phases and types of testing, including strategies, requirements, planning, management, execution, and reporting
- Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, and changes; validate and close out all issues prior to client delivery
