Senior QA Engineer, HBM Assembly & Test

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced HBM Assembly & Test Central Senior/Staff/Principal QA Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our products, validate quality reports, and drive root cause analysis for quality issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly/test or quality engineering, proficiency in statistical analysis, and a Bachelor’s degree.
