Senior Python/Java Engineer — Build Scalable Solutions

CI&T is actively seeking a software engineer to develop, test, and deliver Python and Java solutions in a collaborative, agile environment in Colombia. You will work with Django/Flask/FastAPI, microservices, and modern databases, contributing to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of our products.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Python experience and at least 1 year in Java, with strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and automated testing.
