HDR is seeking a Senior Proposal Specialist to support the marketing team and Market Sector Leads in producing winning, professional, and competitive proposals. This role requires strong writing, coordination, and project management skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning)
- Coordinate planning, development, and production of proposals and submittals in accordance with submission requirements
- Attend meetings, document and distribute minutes, and establish proposal schedules, assignment matrices, compliance matrices, and templates
- Lead proposal kick‑off meetings
- Coordinate the development of narrative, graphics, fees, and other materials from internal staff and sub‑consultants
