Boutique property management company looking to hire a management role in our Vancouver office. The role is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced senior property management professional.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of our commercial/residential property portfolio with a total of 900 units. It functions as the primary team leader, providing direction to property management team of maintenance, building managers and landscapers, supporting their success, and ensuring accountability and ownership over respective roles and departments. It works hard to achieve the goals of the company’s property management department.
