Senior Property Manager (Toronto)

Position Overview

Senior Property Manager, RetailOversee approximately 320,000 square feet of retail space at The Well, including Wellington Market. Lead the retail Property Management team, manage tenant relations, retail operations, building standards, financial performance, and operational administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the retail Property Management team to achieve departmental objectives and portfolio priorities.
• Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented team environment and provide performance feedback through regular meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships; address tenant needs promptly and support tenant retention.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, move‑in readiness, and service requests across Leasing, Operations, and Tenant Coordination.
• Manage contractual relationships with suppliers, contractors, insurance providers, and legal/sustainability stakeholders.
