Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Management role with an excellent company with head office based in CBD. 
This role is crucial to the continued growth and management of the portfolio. Working closely with senior team, you will work across a majority commercial portfolio and be responsible for oversight of day to day operations, client and tenant relationship management and reporting as well as full oversight of financial performance. 

The role:

Oversee lease terms, new leases, and oversee lease documentation execution 

Review tenancy proposals, oversee fitouts and contractor compliance,

Maintain strong tenant relationships, ensuring first point contact status is maintained 

Identify value-add opportunities, manage expenditure within budgets 

Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, provide written tenant communications
