Senior Project Specialist - Training

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Project Specialist in Dieppe, NB. The Training Lead is a program‑level role within the Transformation Program, accountable for defining, governing, and executing the end‑to‑end training strategy, approach, and plan across all transformation initiatives. This role ensures that a consistent, scalable, and business‑aligned training framework is in place to prepare the organization for new processes, tools, and ways of working, enabling confident adoption and sustained operational performance. The Training Lead designs a fit‑for‑purpose training approach that spans needs assessment, curriculum development, delivery planning, and effectiveness measurement.
