Senior Project Manager, Wind Construction

Responsibilities

• Initiating – participate in the tendering and contracting process of the project and the designation of OE.
• Planning – ensure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works.
• Executing – ensure projects are implemented per Vena’s requirements, facilitate issue resolution, and lead the project team including OE through project changes.
• Monitoring and Controlling – monitor project progress, manage the project budget, ensure key milestones are reached, and compare actual performance against planned performance.
• Closing – work with Contractors to secure and document that the project delivery is complete, review the work of third-party vendors or partners to close their contracts, and archive project files for future reference.
