What you do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and help teams resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Analyze and improve team processes and practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Who you are
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
