Review project contracts to understand requirements including timelines, budget, safety, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment needs. Liaise and coordinate with designers, technical teams, and clients on all technical aspects. Analyze project designs, technical reports, and background information. Develop and implement execution plans detailing construction staging, work plans, materials, subcontracting, and equipment needs.
