Senior Project Manager

Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale engineering projects from design through delivery. You will drive execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. In addition to project delivery, you will support team development and improve project management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex projects from design through production, commissioning, and delivery.

Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, milestones, and stakeholder alignment.

Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to produce complete, production-ready work packages.

Manage project controls, including budget tracking, cost-to-complete forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with Accounting.

Oversee commercial execution, including change orders, contract compliance, and client approvals.
