Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

• The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of Aqueduct smart building projects, managing complex installation deployments involving IoT hardware, building controls, sensor integrations, and software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Aqueduct smart building projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, go-live, and handoff.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and custome expectations.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various stages of deployment.
• Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, procurement, logistics, and field execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans before they impact timelines or customer satisfaction.
