About Primary Markets Team

The Primary Markets team operates across Equity, Debt and Funds, supporting companies throughout their lifecycle in public markets—from pre‑IPO preparation through to post‑listing activity.

The team manages relationships with a broad base of issuers across Euronext markets, spanning both Equity and Debt listings, and works closely with intermediaries, investors and the wider financial ecosystem. In addition, we support the development of complementary offerings including Euronext Corporate Services (ECS) and ELITE.

Primary Markets combines business development, market structuring and operational delivery. We support a large and diverse issuer base, contribute to key revenue streams and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance how markets operate. Currently, we support approximately 1,900 Equity issuers and in excess of 56,000 listed bonds across Euronext markets.
