What You'll Do:
- Planning: Closely collaborate with the leadership team to define quarterly or bi‑annual planning, roadmap, objectives, scope and deliverables; work with engineering teams on detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines and resource allocation, and identify and manage project dependencies and risks.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate and align design, product and engineering teams to facilitate effective communication, collaboration and decision‑making; work with team members to remove roadblocks or conflicts.
- Project Execution: Ensure project execution follows the plan and track milestones; track and report weekly project status updates to stakeholders; identify risks and blockers and work to mitigate and unblock through all available tools.
