Functional
Experience (min. 5 years) in leading transformation initiatives in financial services
Robust and accurate project plans & reporting to ensure transparency on projects’ critical paths, key risks, issues and dependencies
Excellent communication skills (written & verbally), including the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise presentations to enable decisioning
Ability to lead by example, problem solve through proactively identifying risks and mitigating resistance
Understand project lifecycles and lead smaller projects independently as required.
Track record in effectively engaging and partnering across the organization
A team player who is comfortable interacting with staff at all levels, including senior management
Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment and can nimbly adapt to new and changing priorities
