Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager (SAFe Environment) Responsibilities This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including: Agile Best Practices Manage day-to-day Agile ceremonies at the team level. Implement Agile best practices to improve team velocity. Cross-Team Communication Drive cross-team communication and maintain healthy cross-team relationships. Provide accurate and proactive project tracking to the larger organization. Impediment Removal Actively identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables. Partner with PMO leadership to manage program-level impediments. Program Planning Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning. Work across the Program Management Office to resolve and plan cross-team dependencies. Facilitate assigned teams to make responsible commitments and negotiate competing priorities.
