Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager (SAFe Environment)
Responsibilities
This is an important role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Agile Best Practices
- Manage day-to-day Agile ceremonies at the team level.
- Implement Agile best practices to improve team velocity.
Cross-Team Communication
- Drive cross-team communication and maintain healthy cross-team relationships.
- Provide accurate and proactive project tracking to the larger organization.
Impediment Removal
- Actively identify and remove impediments that may impact team velocity or deliverables.
- Partner with PMO leadership to manage program-level impediments.
Program Planning
- Participate in quarterly Big Room Planning.
- Work across the Program Management Office to resolve and plan cross-team dependencies.
