Position Overview the Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of smart building projects, managing complex installation deployments involving IoT hardware, building controls, sensor integrations, and software implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of smart building projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, go-live, and handoff.
Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and customer expectations.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various stages of deployment.
Coordinate installation schedules, surveys, procurement, logistics, and field execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
