Purpose of the Role The Senior Project Manager reports to the Portfolio Manager, EPMO and is responsible for managing medium to large enterprise‑wide projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager. This role will lead the planning and execution of multiple projects through LifeLabs’ defined gating framework using LifeLabs’ established project processes and templates. The incumbent will also provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers.
This role requires a strong ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment and buy‑in across diverse groups through effective communication, influence without authority, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The ability to acknowledge concerns, actively listen, and adjust delivery approach based on stakeholder needs is critical to success.
