Senior Project Manager & Interim PMO Department Manager (Industrial Eng)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects while providing interim leadership and direction for the Project Management Office (PMO). This is a long-term Senior PM role with focus on strengthening project execution, supporting department operations, and providing leadership continuity during a one-year maternity leave period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. In addition to managing key projects, this role will provide strategic leadership to the PMO team, improve project management practices, support resource planning, and help establish consistent processes, reporting, and governance across the organization.
