- Lead full product development lifecycle for Hardware NPI projects, including concept phase, EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production (MP).
- Manage end‑to‑end project execution covering Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Firmware/Software integration, Reliability and regulatory qualification, Packaging development and manufacturing readiness.
