Senior Project Manager – FRTB – Job Description

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager – FRTB for an 11‑month contract role. This position is a hybrid role with three days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation and change management initiatives within Capital Markets.
• Manage project phases, including analysis, requirements gathering, design, and testing.
• Build and maintain team-oriented relationships across Global Markets stakeholders.
• Ensure target state tools, processes, and controls are approved by governance forums.
• Manage dependencies and engage with Risk Managers, Product Owners, and Technology teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Produce project update materials for various forums and committees.
