Our client is an established private property developer with a significant pipeline of significant pipeline of residential and mixed-use developments across Melbourne.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major apartment projects from procurement through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work across high-profile, design-led developments while collaborating closely with an experienced Development team.

This role will appeal to an experienced client-side Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager looking to transition from a consultancy or contractor environment into a leading private property developer.
