• Organise, lead and motivate cost‑down project teams of 5‑10 persons
• Create clear and attainable project objectives based on the business case
• Facilitate teamwork and cross‑functional mindset with use of agile / scrum approaches
• Work with stretch targets, encourage and coach team members; manage time, cost and quality according to the business case
• Prepare and maintain project schedules with focus on timely completion of new product development
