Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, CMS programs, and digital health platforms, and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver CCM/RPM-focused software initiatives.
